Doris Allen Bruce, 93, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on July 31, 2022. She was born on May 18, 1929, to the late Clifton Brown and Gladys Browning Allen in Jericho, Kentucky.

She is survived by her daughters, Charlcye Bruce Beyda (David), of Phoenix, Arizona and Catherine Bruce Travillian, of Jeffersonville, Indiana; her brother, C. Brown Allen (Linda), of Spring Hill, Florida; 3 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and her niece and nephew.

Doris attended LaGrange Kentucky High School and was a longtime member of Southeast Christian Church. She enjoyed traveling with her friends from church and knitting items for others.  

Funeral services for Doris will be held at 2PM on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home West, 4400 Dixie Highway. Friends may call on the family from Noon until service time at the funeral home on Wednesday.
