William T. Howard

William Thomas Howard Sr, 94, passed away peacefully on March 1, 2024, at Baptist Health Hospital in Louisville, KY.

He was born June 29^th, 1929, to the late William Edward Smith Howard and Betty Smiley Howard in Nicholasville, KY.

William was married to the love of his life Inez B. Howard for 73 blessed years.

William worked as an insurance agent for 19 years before retiring as an independent contract painter. He was a master of his trade and was respected for his detail and quality of work. He was a hobbyist antique collector, he loved camping and going to country music shows. William and his wife Inez were known for their generous charity work and were members of the Jeffersontown United Methodist Church. William brightened the world with his wit, kindness, humor, generosity and for being the loving family man he was.

He was preceded in death by his Father, William Edward Smith Howard, Betty Smiley Howard; his Mother, Inez Burnett Howard; his Wife, and William Thomas Howard Jr; his Son.

William is survived by his Brother Ed Howard, and his two Grandsons, Mason Thomas Howard, and Nicholas Gayle Howard.
