She was born to the late James and Anita Chandler Metzinger in Charleston, South Carolina on November 17, 1963. She is also preceded in death by her brother David Metzinger.
Terrie worked for City Financial Bank.
She is survived by her sister Debra Hirst (Chris) along with nieces and nephews, Tyler, Savannah, and Zaden Metzinger.
