Shirley A. Ferguson, 80, passed away at Essex Nursing Home on Tuesday December 22, 2015. She was born to the late Reginald M. and Beatrice E. Abell Cain in Louisville on September 4, 1935. She is also preceded in death by a grandson, Tommy Yocum, Sr.
Shirley worked as a pharmacy technician.
She is survived by her children; Peggy Pickens, William A. Yocum, Jr., Lisa Dougherty (Bill), Barry Yocum (Kandy), Tony Ferguson (Fancie), grandchildren; Paul A. Yocum (Ashley), Amber Yocum, Stephanie Ferguson, great-grandchildren; Kayla, Tommy, Anthony, and Brian, and one sister, Paula O'Leary (Kim).
Shirley worked as a pharmacy technician.
