Richard Alan Morgan

Richard “Rick” Alan Morgan, 67, passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2023. He was born in Owenton, Kentucky to the late Vernon G. and Naomi B. Bunch Morgan, Jr. He dedicated his life to serving his country and retired from the United States Army. Rick was a member of the American Legion. In his spare time he enjoyed watching Nascar, riding his Harleys and boating, but above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.

Rick is survived by his wife, Sharon Fenn Morgan; his children, Wayne Alan Morgan, Tanya M. Kirzy (Dan), Angela Powell (Jean) and Amanda Boberg (Chris); his grandchildren, Katelynne Fournier, Wyatt Lane Dunning, Kolby Struck, Jake Boberg and Sam Boberg; and his brother, Curtis Wayne Morgan (Brenda).

Funeral services for Rick will be on Tuesday, January 31, 2023, at 1:00 pm, at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be on Monday, January 30th from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm and on Tuesday from 9:00 am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
