Michael W. Burchett, 54, passed away on Friday December 15, 2017, from dementia, at Clark Rehabilitation.
He was born to Thomas, Sr., and Evelyn (Parsley) Burchett in Louisville on October 18, 1963.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his children, Joshua, Christopher, and Chelsea Burchett, sister Diana LaHue (Mark) and brother Thomas Burchett, Jr. (Mary Ann) along with grandchildren Brayden and Mason. He will also be missed by his several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 6:00 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1 until time of service.
