Mary Cassell

Mary J. Cassell, 80, wife to Vernon Cassell, passed away, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday January 23, 2016 at Essex Nursing Home. She was born to the late Thomas and Mary Perkovich Paun in Granton, Wisconsin in August 22, 1935.
She is also preceded in death by siblings, Helen Nelson, John Paun and great-grandson, Jordan.
Mary retired from the Internal Affairs Department for the old Louisville Police Department, was a member of Incarnation Catholic Church, VFW Post 5421, and the F.O.P. for the Louisville Police Department.
Besides her husband of 62 years she is survived by her children, Alan Cassell (Luann), Bonnie Gillett (Bob), Thomas Cassell (Lisa), Mitzi Miller, ten grandchildren, Christi, Tiffany, Ashley, Michael, Scott, Devin, Daniel, Olivia, Jennifer, Jeffrey, four great-grandchildren Jillian, Jarrett, Carlee, and Connor, and siblings, Joseph Paun, Martha Seymour (Bob) Frank and Tom, Jr. (Jeannette) Paun.
