Marcia Lois Denham

Marcia Lois Denham, 79, of Crestwood, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2024. Marcia was born on November 25, 1944, to the late Lester Shuffett and Valois Taylor, in Louisville, Kentucky.
Marcia was a Christian and a member of Beechland Baptist Church. Marcia and her loving husband, Bobby, were happily married for 62 wonderfully blessed years. She worked many years in accounting for the law firm of Wyatt, Tarrant and Combs. Marcia was a wonderful cook and everyone in the family looked forward to eating her dishes and desserts. Bobby and Marcia truly enjoyed each others company and loved spending time together, but her favorite thing was spending time with her grandbabies. She was an excellent wife, mother and Mamaw; her legacy will be the love that she instilled in her family.
Marcia was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Robert Mosley.
Left to cherish the memories of Marcia's life are her loving husband of 62 years, Bobby Denham; her sons, Tim Denham (Beth) and Tony Denham (Melinda); her sister, Patricia Pawley (Robin); her eight grandchildren, Brooke, Brenna, Baylee, Bella, Robbie, Rachel, Ellen, and Audrey; along with several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family members. She will be missed by all that knew her.
A funeral service to honor Marcia will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Homes West, 4400 Dixie Highway, with Brother Ken Hollis officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00AM until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.
