Madison Lee Miller, infant daughter of Michele Carlisle and Joshua Miller, passed away Tuesday February 21, 2017.
Besides her loving parents, Madison is survived by a brother Jacob and two sisters, Summer and Brittany Stull along with grandparents, David and Gail Carlisle, J. C. and Millie Miller, three aunts, one uncle, and ten cousins.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:30 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be from 11:00am until time of service.
