John Raymond Augustine

John Raymond Augustine, 75, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, and returned to his Heavenly Father. He was born on November 13, 1948, to the late Herbert John and Mary Rita (Diehl) Augustine. John was a retired Federal Government Employee and was employed as a machinist at Naval Ordinance until their closure and finished his career at Marine Corps Air Station in Cherry Point, North Carolina. John was also a member of Incarnation Catholic Church.

John was preceded in death by his parents; and his siblings, James Robert and Helen Louise.

He is survived by his loving wife, George Ann Augustine; his sons, Johnny Augustine, Jr. (Amy) and Blake Augustine (Angela); his grandchildren, Cody, Evan, Garrett and George; his twin sister, Jacqueline Maria Eastes (Tom); and siblings, Herbert Joseph, Edward Anthony (Ellen), and Rosemary Orozco.

A memorial service to honor John's life will be on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway, at 12:00 Noon. Visitation will be from 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home.
