Jack Theodore Keith

Jack Theodore Keith, 67, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023.  He was born on May 26, 1956, to the late Jack S. and Anna (Stith) Keith in Louisville, Kentucky.

Jack was of the Catholic faith. He worked for many years for Norfolk Southern Railroad.  Jack enjoyed fishing loved hot rods.  Jack was an avid University of Kentucky basketball fan and enjoyed football as well.  He was a member of the A.A. Token 3 Club.

Preceding Jack in death was his loving wife, Lillie Bernice Keith; and his son, Jackie Quentin Keith.

Left to cherish the memories of Jack’s life is his children, Jonathan Keith Crawford (Ashley), Katie Nitting (Gary), Tammy Bourgeois, and Ricky Crawford; his sisters, Marsha Bruder (Lee) and Dianne Cooley; his five grandchildren, Karmen, Olivia, Tyler, Haley and Andrew; his grand dog, Ringo Crawford; along with several nieces, nephews and extended family members.  He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

A special thanks to the University of Louisville oncology team and hospital staff for their loving care.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1PM on Wednesday, October18, 2023, at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Homes West, 4400 Dixie Highway.  Friends may call on the family from 11AM until the time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the A.A. Token 3 Club.
