Inez B. Howard

Inez B. Howard, 92, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 13, 2023, with her loving husband by her side.  She was born on September 13, 1931, to the late Hosea A. and Bessie B. Burnett.

Inez was retired from Porter Paint Company.  She was a member of Jeffersontown United Methodist Church and the United Methodist Women.  Inez was a graduate of Louisville Girls High School.

Inez was married to William T. Howard, Sr. for 73 blessed years.  He was the love of her life and called her his Honey Bunny.

She was preceded in death by her father, Hosea A. Burnett; her mother, Bessie B. Burnett; her son, William T. Howard, Jr.; her four sisters, Costella Burnett, Helen Wiser, Joan Poulter and Nancy Simpson; and her brother, H.A. "Andy" Burnett.

Inez is survived by her loving husband, William T. Howard, Sr.; and her two grandsons, Mason T. Howard and Nicholas G. Howard; as well as many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 2PM on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Homes West, 4400 Dixie Highway.  Friends may call on the family on Thursday from 1PM until the time of service.

It was Inez's wishes that all expressions of sympathy take the form in donations to Jeffersontwon United Methodist Church, 10219 Taylorsville Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40299.
