Hestelene Tolliver

Hestelene Tolliver, 93, passed away on May 11, 2024. She was born on July 10, 1930, in Halo, Kentucky to the late Ted Martin and Evelyne Martin Hall. She was a member of Ormsby Heights Baptist Church, a believer in Jesus Christ. She had many interests, which included bowling, picking strawberries, vegetables and canning. She loved playing games and cooking. She loved and enjoyed being with her family, her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Most of all she had a big heart and cared about everyone.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Talmage Tolliver in 2011.

She is survived by her children, T. Craig Tolliver (Linda), Gatonnia Landrum, and Peggie Case (David); grandchildren, Justin Tolliver (April), Martin Tolliver and Audrey Brown (Kyle); great grandchildren, Evelyne, Douglas, David, Rain, Aurora, Violet and Ezekiel; and her siblings, Lulabell Quackenbush and Buck Martin.

Funeral services for Hestelene will be on Saturday, May 18, 2024, at 12:00 Noon at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be on Friday, May 17^th from 2:00 -7:00 and on Saturday from 11:00 until time of the service at the funeral home.
