Henry Morgan Sr

Henry C. Morgan, Sr., 86, passed away Monday 15, 2016.
He was born to Wallace and Dora Elizabeth Morgan on October 26, 1929 in Louisville.
Henry was a retired Captain for the Louisville Fire Department having worked in the department for over 30 years. After retirement, he served on the Retired Louisville Firefighters Pension Board as Vice President. He was a member of the Faith Lutheran Church volunteering on several committees within the church body.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brothers Wallace and William Morgan, grandchildren, Tara Faye Louise Morgan, Marcie Morgan, and great-granddaughter, Taylor Morgan, and his daughter-in law, Wanda Morgan.
He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Gertrude "Tootie" Morgan , his children, Henry C. Morgan, Jr. (Woodilea), Wallace L. Morgan, Mark Morgan (Jeanne), Toni Ann Bennett (Joy), Robert Morgan (Cara Cloud), along with 7 grandchildren, several great-children, and great-great grandchildren, brother John C. Morgan (Kay), sister-in-law, Kay Morgan; and several nieces and nephews.
