Faye Boston

Faye Louise (Tognetti) Boston passed away on Tuesday, October 4th, 2022, at her home.  She was 75 years old.  She was born December 25th, 1946, in King City, California to the late Elmer and Edith (Vosti) Tognetti.

Faye grew up on the Tognetti Ranch.  She attended King City Schools and graduated from King City High School in 1965.  She moved to Louisville, Kentucky as a young adult and started her great career as an accountant at PNC Bank and Yum Brands.  She loved going to the casino, crocheting and spending time with her family.

Faye is preceded in death by her loving partner, Riley Elmore; her parents, Elmer and Edith (Vosti) Tognetti; her brother, Elmer Tognetti, Jr.; and her sister, Norma Jean (Tognetti) Noble.

Faye is survived by her sister, Darlene (Dan) Newton; her daughter, Brenda Boston; her nieces, Bridget (Rick) Taulbee (caretaker), Diane Shull (Dan), Denise Warrender (Jeff) and Lori Rossiter (Brahm); and step grandchildren, Jessica (Buddy) Caummisar and Dennis (Brienne) Perry, Jr.; along with several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Funeral services will be held at Noon on Tuesday, October 11th, 2022, at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home West, 4400 Dixie Highway.  Entombment will follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens Cemetery West.  Visitation will be on Monday from 3PM until 8PM at the funeral home.
