Evelyn Pinckley

Evelyn Ann Pinckley, 86, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, August 26, 2022.  She was born on December 19, 1935, to the late Otto and Clydia (Hogan) Troutman in Louisville, Kentucky.

Preceding Evelyn in death was her loving husband of 48 wonderful years, Marion E. Pinckley; and her double cousin, Violet Reading.

Left to cherish the memories of Evelyn’s life is her two children, Shawn Pinckley and Yvette Cason; her two wonderful grandchildren, Olivia Cason (Dylan Ward) and Rebecca Cason-White (Forrest); her beloved dog, Sunny; her sister, Coleen Haas; her niece and nephews, Collette, Rick and John; along with her extended family members.

Evelyn was a Jehovah’s Witness and attended the Iroquois Kingdom Hall.  Music was a great enjoyment in Evelyn’s life. She had a deep love for animals.  She will be greatly missed.

A memorial gathering to celebrate Evelyn’s life will be held on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home West, 4400 Dixie Highway, from 4PM until 7:30PM.  A funeral will be held at 2PM on September 3, 2002, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnessess, 3500 Peleske Drive.
