Dorothy Leatherman

Dorothy Louise Leatherman, 93, passed away on September 10, 2020 at Baptist Health of Louisville.  She was born on August 7, 1927 in Sulphur Kentucky, the daughter of the late Lucian and Minnie Jackson.  Dorothy enjoyed traveling, crafts, casinos, and spending time with her friends and family.  She leaves to cherish her memory, daughter, Mary Russell, and her grandson Brian Russell.  She is preceded in death by her sisters, Betty Jean Wagner, Dora Belle Noel, Virginia Beckley, and Lena Welch, brothers, William Owen and George Jackson.  On behalf of Mary and Brian, they would like to thank a very special person, who is like family and cared for Dorothy with love and was always there when she was needed, this person knows who she is.
