Delorise Mae, 66, born March 11, 1945 in Hunt, West Virginia to the late Lee J. and Virgie Grimmett Ellis, passed away at Sts. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital, Wednesday January 04, 2012.
Mrs. Blankenship is survived by her husband of 47 years John R. Blankenship; two sons, Curtis (Karen) and Kenneth Blankenship; two sisters, Sharon Likens and Lana Jean Crosby; and four grandchildren, Andrew, Amber, Brandon, and Jonathan. One sister, Joyce, precedes her in death.
A service celebrating the life of Mrs. Blankenship will be 11 a.m. Monday at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Hwy. Visitation will be 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
