Charles Elmore 'Butch' McIntosh, 81, passed away on June 24, 2023. He was born on February 21, 1942 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Grover and Mary Gardner McIntosh. Butch is survived by his nephews, Roger and Steven McIntosh. Visitation will be on Thursday, June 29, 2023, from 11:00 am until 12:00 Noon, at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway.
