86, of Louisville, entered into rest on Tuesday, December 1, 2015.
He was a retired maintenance worker for Spaulding Laundry and was a member of Lee's Lane and Rutledge Road Baptist Churches. He was an avid fisherman.
Mr. Embry was preceded in rest by his loving wife, Natella Embry.
He is survived by a son, Aaron Embry (Kathy); a daughter, Priscilla Corley (Bob); four grandchildren, Jeffrey, Wendy, Melissa and Charlene; four great-granddaughters, Brittany, Shelby, Abigail and Kellie; four great-grandsons, Big Dustin, Little Dustin, A.J. and Josh; great-great-granddaughters, Emma and Penny; great-great-grandsons, Sonny and Briar; and two sisters, Ruie Roberts and Jewell West.
His funeral will be on Saturday at noon at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Highway, with interment following in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be on Friday from 2-8 p.m.
