Alma L. Napier, 93, passed away on Thursday November 9, 2017 in Northpoint/Lexington Healthcare Center in Lexington, KY.
She was born to the late Thomas and Veronia (Keown) Downey on July 11, 1924 in Muhlenberg County, KY. She is also preceded in death by 3 sisters and 1 brother.
Alma worked as a press operator for A. B. Dick Printing Company. She loved animals, was a huge UK fan and adored her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Karen Pohl and three grandchildren, Evan, Caroline, and Nicholas Pohl.
Funeral services will be held Sunday (November 19) at 5:00 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be Sunday (November 19) from 3:00 pm until time of service.
