Jose' Luis Santiago, born in Puerto Rico on February 26, 1958, departed life on September 5, 2017.
Jose' was preceded in death by a daughter, Joaquina, in 2014.
Jose' worked 15 years as a material handler for O'Neal Manufacturing and was a U. S. Army veteran.
He is survived by a daughter, Stephanie Santiago, grandchildren, Aidon, Caidon, Langston, Autumn and devoted companion, Becky Hasting.
A gathering to celebrate Jose's life will be Monday from 6:00-7:30 with a short service to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway.
