Tammi Jane Moore, 55, loving wife to Terry Moore, passed away on Saturday June 24, 2017 at Jewish Hospital. She is preceded in death by her father, Michael Wright.
Besides her husband of 17 years, she is survived by children, Michael S. Wright and Stevie Calvert (Craig), grandson, Preston Calvert, along with her mother Cathy Wright and brother Doyle Bartley.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 6:00 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1:00 pm until time of service.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the family.
