Mrs. Laverne Ballinger Ausmus, 89 of Louisville, passed away Thursday, November 12th 2015. She was born on October 14th 2015 in Dayton, Ohio to John and Clara Isetta Ballinger. Laverne was a longtime member of South Louisville Christian Church.
Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Harold Edwin Ausmus, son: Donald (Kathy) Ausmus, grandsons: Bob Ausmus (Jill), Travis Ausmus (April), granddaughter: Mary Art (John), great-grandchildren: Haley, Benjamin, Reece, Katelyn, Janie, Riley, Ryan, & Chloe. Laverne was preceded in passing by her son, David Ausmus.
Services for Laverne Ballinger Ausmus will be held Tuesday, November 17th 2015 at 11:00am at O.D. White & Sons Funeral Home, 2727 S. Third St. Interment will follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Family and friends will be received for visitation at the funeral home from 11:00am to 8:00pm Monday, November 16th.
