Hazel Jeffries

Hazel Lorine Jeffries, 93, passed away on Friday April 5, 2019 at Summerfield Manor Nursing Home.   She was born to the late Cecil and Nova (Artman) Cardin in Big Clifty, Kentucky on November 3, 1925.  She is also preceded in death by her husband Earl Jeffries and son, Kenneth Jeffries.

Lorine was a retired business office manager for Louisville General Hospital.

She is survived by her daughter Joyce Nall (Roy), grandchildren, Michael Todd Jefferies (Sunni), John Eric Jefferies (Hayden), Kaley Lynn Akins, Shannon Sue Conway (Todd) along with 9 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Thursday at 6:00 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway. Visitation will be Thursday from 1:00 pm until time of service.
