Rachel Noble

Rachel Noble, 86, wife to the late Mitchell Noble, passed away at home surrounded by her family on Wednesday March 20, 2019.

She was born to the late William and Surilda (Jones) in Ary, Kentucky on August 12, 1932.  She is also preceded in death by siblings, Alma York, Nora Stacy, Nancy Smith, Faye Walker, Roscoe Engle, Jess Engle, Sam Engle, Shelby Engle, and William Engle.

Rachel retired from General Electric, was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and attended Calvary Road Baptist Church.  And she was an avid UK fan!

She leaves to cherish her memory children, Brenda Beller, Elaine McDonald, Samuel Noble (Debra), Evelyn Biven (Gary) along with a sister Ethel Stamper and brother-in-laws “Pop-Eye” Sherman Walker and Jeranda Stacy.  She will also be missed by her grandchildren, Kimberly, Jeremy, Chad, Jackie, Tara, Phillip, Drew; great-grandchildren Joshua, Anthony, Kayla, Emily, Savannah, Hudson, Grayson, Maelyn, Addie, Breanna, Nolan, Gabriel, Isaiah, Adyen and Tanner.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 12:00 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 2:30 till 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
